313 Multilanguage ("we") is an educational channel run by Rajabi Hikmatullah. It publishes free English, French and German lessons taught in Persian on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. This policy covers this website and the publishing tools we use.

1. This website

This website is a simple information page. It has no accounts, no forms, no cookies of our own, no advertising and no analytics. It is hosted on GitHub Pages; like any web host, GitHub may record technical data such as your IP address in its server logs (see GitHub's privacy statement).

2. Our publishing tools

To publish our own lessons we use three small applications that we made ourselves:

• 313 Multilanguage Uploader, which uses the YouTube API Services;
• 313 Multilanguage Publisher, which uses the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Graph API;
• 313 Multilanguage Publisher for TikTok, which uses the TikTok Content Posting API.

These applications are used only by the owner of the channel, to post to the channel's own accounts. They are not offered to the public, and no other person signs in to them.

3. What data the tools access

• YouTube: uploading our videos to our own channel, creating and filling our playlists, and reading our own channel's public statistics (subscribers, views, number of videos).
• Facebook and Instagram: publishing our videos, reels and stories on our own Page and our own Instagram account, and reading the statistics of our own posts.
• TikTok: publishing our videos on our own TikTok account and reading the basic information of that account.

The tools do not read, collect or store personal data of viewers, followers or any other users.

4. How the data is stored and used

• The access tokens that let the tools post are stored only on the owner's own computer and are not shared with anyone.
• Data obtained through these APIs is used only to publish our lessons and to show our own channel's numbers to the owner. It is not sold, not shared with third parties, not used for advertising, and not used to train artificial-intelligence models.
• The use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. YouTube API Services

Our uploader uses the YouTube API Services. By using YouTube you are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Access granted to the uploader can be revoked at any time on the Google security settings page.

6. How the lessons are made

The lesson texts are prepared with the help of AI tools and checked before publication. The voices in the videos are synthetic (computer-generated), and the videos are labelled accordingly on platforms that ask for it.

7. Children

Our lessons are general educational content. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children.

8. Your rights and contact

Because we do not collect personal data of visitors or viewers, we hold nothing about you to access or delete. For any question about this policy, or to ask us to remove something, write to multi.language.313@gmail.com.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
